FOCUS AND FINISH PAYING THE PRIZE

Nobody gets up one day and finishes a thousand  (1000) journey which is supposed to be done in continous movement  with just a step.

After Joseph had a dream about his future, he didn't just end up at the palace as a prime minister or 2nd in command to Pharoah of Egypt in just a flash.

No. It didn't happen just like that. He had to pay the price for his kind of destination. He had to fight battles within and without to get to his promised land.

Has God revealed something to you? Are you waiting for the manifestation of that thing but have refused to pay the price for it and rather resorted  to complaining, wailing, fidgeting, crying, murmuring etc.?

Instead of focusing on and paying attention to every distraction, focus on the main reason for the battles so you can pick up the lessons and knowledge you need to acquire for future reference for your journey at every stage of the battles.

Joseph had a great future that the enemy thought he had squashed. Little did he know that he had rather been used to pave the way for the very destiny he's trying to interrupt by various forms of attacks such as accusations,  backbiting,  rejections, betrayal etc.

Whatever the enemy did to interrupt Joseph's destiny was the very thing that God used to honor Joseph and glorified His name as the GOD of Isreal.

See, no matter what you're going through now as you focus on your kingdom business is worth it.  God is working things out in your favor.
I am very sure Portipher's wife thought she had finished Joseph.  But little did she know that God had a better plan as a result of her actions.

Don't worry about all that is happening with you. You are not alone and lost. You are on your way to meet the king's cup bearer who will introduce you to the king in due season.

So keep pressing on to get to your promised land. Help is on the way. God will cause Pharoah to be in need of you soon so please dont give up.

DEVELOP AN OVERCOMING ATTITUDE!

"He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4 NKJV). The disappointment of life can cause you to see nothing but negativity in your future.
It leads you to express hopelessness, belittle your own abilities, refuse to take any risk, say no to personal growth opportunities, complain about unfairness of life, and say that nothing you do will make a difference in a particular circumstance. Do you recognize any of these attitude in yourself?

If so, there's good news. Dr. Paul Meet,  a Christian psychiatrist, said, "Attitude are nothing more than habits of thought, and habits can be acquired. An action repeated becomes an attitude realize. " That means with practice, you can develop an overcoming attitude. Here's how:

(1) Be honest about your quest to conquer pessimism. Give someone your respect and permission to point out when you are be negative.

(2) Limit your exposure to negative input. Since you become like the company you keep, look for people who fortify your faith and not feed your fears. " He that walker with the wise men shall be wise" (Proverbs 13:20).

(3) Volunteer to serve others who are less fortunate. Serving   creates positive feelings and gives you a sense of value; it's also the right thing to do.

(4) Look for the good in every situation and always express faith that it's there! President Harry Truman said, "A pessimistic is one who makes difficulties of his opportunities, and an optimist is one who makes opportunities of his difficulties."

When you face a difficult today, see it as an opportunity because "He who is in you is greater the he who is in the world." Death couldn't stop Him-Nothing also can stop you because you are more than conqueror.
